through the multi-faceted world of art and fashion. Not only do we feel
strongly about both, we also feel deeply
intrigued by the business, culture and life styles
surrounding them. Rather than tell you what to wear and
what not to wear, what's in and what's out, we are here to encourage
fearless self-expression.
No 15 magazine seeks to enrich the creative mind
and nurture the artistic spirit. Just as the Federalist
Papers--number 15 in particular--pushed people to
challenge the Articles of Confederation, we strive to challenge
established fashion norms in order to provoke a state of
awareness about sartorial and aesthetic surroundings.
